Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely communication, and necessary access to project sites. Clients must also ensure all required permits and approvals are obtained before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins, with subsequent payments tied to project milestones. All invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the contract.

5. Project Timeline

While we strive to meet all project deadlines, various factors including weather, permit delays, and material availability may affect completion dates. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize their impact.

6. Changes and Modifications

Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented in writing and may affect project timeline and costs. All change orders must be approved before additional work begins.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

We provide warranties on our workmanship as specified in individual contracts. Manufacturer warranties for materials and equipment are passed through to the client.

8. Insurance and Liability

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage including general liability and workers' compensation. Specific coverage details are available upon request.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and documents created by White Sails Construction remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients may use these materials only for the intended project.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services as specified in the project contract. Termination fees and final payment terms will be applied according to the contract terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through direct negotiation. If necessary, mediation or arbitration may be used as specified in the project contract.
